On Sunday, December 1st from 2:30-4 we’re hosting the next Women's Open Mat at Octagon MMA & Krav Maga in Greensboro, NC! Women are invited to attend for free and encouraged to bring friends or relatives who are interested. All ages and skill levels are welcome-- there's always something to learn no matter where you're at. This will be the last one for 2024, so come get some training in before taking off later for holiday travel!
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
-if you have never trained at Octagon before, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver form
-bring slip-on shoes and water
-bring a gi! We will have a few extra for anyone who needs to borrow one
-this will be a women-only event whether you're participating on the mats or only watching, so please plan accordingly with spouses, partners, children, or other dependents
