Presented by Sally Bonsall, an instructor in comparative politics with an emphasis on international affairs.
Presentation #2: How to Be a Chicken Tender: Raising Chickens, Understanding their Behavior and Language — this talk will also explore raising city chickens and understanding city, county and state poultry laws. Presented by Joanie Garro, a behavior analyst, educator, chicken mentor, goat milk tester, and entrepreneur who is native to Omaha but now lives in Texas.
