Courageous Conversations: A Gathering of Dare to Lead AlumniA Gathering of Dare to Lead Alumni
Being a Daring Leader takes courage and it also takes support from a community committed to being brave every single day.
We meet once a month (usually on a Friday) and anyone who has completed the Dare to Lead course is welcome.
Where we don't always have an agenda, you can expect a few things:
-real, vulnerable connections with unarmored people
-to meet new travelers on the Dare to Lead journey
-an opening question/thought taken from the Dare to Lead work
-a 'support section' ready to offer empathy and compassion
-a place to celebrate wins and share challenges
-time and space to bring a 'rumble' to the table
-access to additional tools and resources
(Not to mention a welcoming atmosphere and terrific breakfast!)
So grab a cup of coffee, enjoy your favorite treat, and join the conversation!
