Please join us every New Moon for an intimate evening of connection, nourishment, and restoration.
We’ll start with a shared meal, followed by a guided Authentic Relating (T-group) session with Stephanie Corona, and close with a dreamy sound bath offered by Jasmin Hallet.
This isn’t your typical gathering—it’s a space to slow down, drop in, and connect with yourself and others in a deeper, more present way.
🌀 About the Practice:
Authentic Relating (T-group) is a relational meditative practice that supports self-awareness, presence, and deeper human connection. It helps you connect to your witnessing awareness, meet parts of your Self with compassion, and show up more fully in relationship—with yourself and others.
✨ Here’s the flow of the evening:
5:30 PM: Arrive and land – Settle in and connect with the group.
🍽 6 PM | Dinner – Share a meal with curious, openhearted humans.
🧘🏻♀️ 7:30 PM: T-group Practice – A relational awareness meditation (a present moment communication practice).
✨9 PM: Sound Bath – Align with the new moon’s energy for deep relaxation and grounding.
🔥 10 PM Closing circle
11PM – midnight — After Party – We open up to whatever way flow wants to emerge. This looks different everytime depending participants. Drum circle, karaoke and open jam are some examples of ways we’ve flowed together in the past.
Contribution:
To help cover the costs of food and supplies, we ask for a contribution of $22. Your support helps us continue hosting events like this.
