Geek Out Burleson is hosting an Aces High Event on December 13th, registration at 10:00 pm and dials at 10:30 pm. Entry fee is a present, suggested price of $20-25, that is X-Wing related (or at least Star Wars). The presents will be giving out in white "wampa" elephant style, with placement based on ladder placement from the aces high games. 3 rounds of Swiss. There will be alt arts and prize wall tickets as participation prizes. There'll also be the side missions! Come out and have a good time playing some X-Wing!This year will be a special escalation-style format. Each round, the points limit for your pilot will increase. There is no faction, chassis, etc limit between rounds.
Round 1: 10 points Round 2: 13 points Round 3: 16 points
Other list-building rules: Small base ships only.
XWA points Maverick Squadron ban list (these are cards that are banned for this event): lone wolf, tracking fob, heightened perception, outmaneuver, seismic charges.
Also, not ROAD will be used as normal. Initiative killing is banned.
