Hosted by DECA – a collaborative initiative between the Austin LGBT Chamber, Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber, Greater Austin Asian Chamber, and the Greater Austin Black Chamber, in partnership with the City of Austin Economic Development Department.
This dynamic event will dive into key topics essential to small business success, including:

- Access to capital
- Workforce development
- Certification and procurement

About DECA:
The Diversity and Ethnic Chamber Alliance (“DECA”) is comprised of the Austin LGBT Chamber, Greater Austin Asian Chamber, Greater Austin Black Chamber, Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
DECA will work with community stakeholders over the next year to build REED Plan components. REED Plan is a one-of-a-kind model setting a new national standard of community collaboration to impact opportunities for minority businesses and the workforce. The REED Plan better aligns the needs/desires/capacity of large private-sector economic actors with broader community needs for mutual benefit.
