As we move toward the stillness of winter, we gather on the final full moon of the year – a threshold that is both a clearing and a blessing – a way to enter the season with more truth, clarity, presence, and devotion.We will invoke Goddess Kalī, the fierce Mother of Liberation, whose fire burns through illusion and awakens the clarity of truth. She reminds us that darkness is not something to avoid or escape, but to enter – courageously, reverently – for it holds the wisdom that guides our becoming.
Through mantra, storytelling, sacred offerings, and guided fire ritual, we’ll offer the fire of wisdom what we are ready to transform – fear, doubt, and self-limiting patterns – opening space for Kalī’s purifying energy to reveal the light that lives within all.
This ceremony invites you to meet your depths, to soften into not knowing, and to trust the unseen cycles of renewal the dark season brings. Kalī teaches that darkness itself is sacred – a time for gestation, rest, and rebirth. What we fear holds the seeds of our power. What we resist becomes our teacher.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:
- Guided Vedic fire ceremony invoking Maa Kalī’s transformative energy
- Mantra chanting and meditation to attune your heart to the pulse of Kalī’s truth and grace
- Storytelling on Kali’s gifts and blessings – endings as thresholds, transformation as grace
- Anointment with sacred ash and Ganges water from India, to honour release and renewal
Prasad (sweet offering) to seal our devotion and gratitude
No previous ceremony experience is required – all are welcome.
Bring your intention, your offering, your willingness to meet the dark with open eyes.
This offering is rooted in the Vedic lineage and Bhakti Yoga – and honours Satya’s ancestral connection to these sacred traditions.
