Debra Mugnani, a proficient French speaker and singer and also a native of San Francisco, sings with a sophisticated and emotionally direct style. She brings a delightful spark of personality to her interpretations of the Great American Songbook, which show a deep love and respect for the material, as well as sprinkled in holiday tunes for the season. Her influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Carmen McCrae, and Morgana King. Debra has also been greatly influenced and inspired by the vocalists and vocal instructors she has studied with, including Madeline Eastman, Kitty Margolis, Dina De Rose, Claudia Newberry, Jesse Foster, Peter Maleitzke, Destani Wolf, and Faith Winthrop.

Debra Mugnani has been in residency at The Persian Room since May of 2023 where she has been captivating audiences with her repertoire of Jazz Standards and international tunes.
