Debra DiGiovanni is a prominent Canadian comedian who has made a name for herself both in Canada and internationally.
Originally from Toronto, she now calls Los Angeles home.
DiGiovanni has showcased her comedy skills at various prestigious comedy festivals, including Moontower, High Plains, JFL Sydney, and Just for Laughs (JFL) in Montreal.
Her album Lady Jazz was nominated for a Juno Award for Comedy Album of the Year in 2019, marking a significant achievement in her career. In addition to her album, Debra has performed on major TV shows, including CONAN and The Tonight Show, and has appeared on Comedy Central’s Stand Up Featuring.Her comedy special, which aired as part of Season 2 of Unprotected Sets on Epix, further solidified her place in the comedy world. Additionally, Debra appeared on the Amazon original series Last One Laughing, showcasing her unique brand of humor .Her latest comedy album, Honourable Intentions, is available on SiriusXM, winning the Juno Award for Comedy Album of the Year at the 2025 Juno Awards.
