Friendly Fire is an uprising metal band from San Ramon, California known for their fun playing style and strong stage presence. Mojo Maldonado shared his love for heavy metal with drummer Lucas Chan and his enthusiasm in playing guitar caused the formation of the band. Later joined by bassist Orion Duerrmeier and vocalist Viktoria Lutsenko, the band performed around the Bay Area and released their debut single "Crash N' Burn" in 2025. Their upcoming self-titled album to be released in July showcases their versatility, with Lutsenko performing in multiple languages and the band incorporating softer sounds while staying true to their metal roots.
