Death is Collaborative: The MNDC's First Conference

Death is Collaborative - Join MNDC for our first annual conference exploring topics on deathcare and the importance of community and building a strong network. We will be joined by professionals in this field who have had first-hand experience with the collaborative needs of end-of-life care. Exact speakers will be announced soon!

Online Experience:

Join us online over Zoom. Details will be shared with registered attendees as we get closer to the event. Online registration closes 2 days prior to the conference on Friday, September 13th at 1:00 PM.

Event Location:

This event takes place at the new Welcome Center at Lakewood Cemetery. When you enter through the gates at Hennepin and 36th, take an immediate left and the building is about halfway down the road on the right. Click here for a GPS pin (this will open Google maps).

Parking:

Parking is available on any of Lakewood's roads unless otherwise marked.
