Death Cafe, Everett
At a Death Cafe, people—often strangers—gather to eat cake, drink coffee, and discuss death.
Our objective is simple: to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their finite lives.
There is no agenda, no theme, and no prescribed outcome. Just open, respectful conversation in a welcoming space.
How It Works:
A Death Cafe is not a grief support group or a therapy session. It is a directed, group-led discussion where participants guide the conversation. Topics often range from philosophical questions to personal experiences, cultural practices, end-of-life planning, and everything in between.
What is shared in the room stays in the room.
