PREREQUISITE FOR THIS COURSE : To have a better understanding, we recommend having completed or started the Deeper Lamrim Course. At the minimum, you should have already studied LAMRIM intro COURSE (& Calm-Abiding Meditation Course) or have already studied Buddhism since few years.
In person at the Centre or on Zoom
Schedule : 2 days (November 29-30)
4 sessions a day : 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

During these 2 days, we will explain the process of death, intermediate state (bardo) & rebirth
This teaching helps us to better understand the nature of samsara and how it is produced, and also gives us insight into the way to get freedom from samsara. Also, in the Buddhist Mantrayana teachings, the understanding of this process is necessary as we work on these 3 bases (death, bardo, birth) to purify them to attain Enlightnement. The sessions will include short periods of meditation.

For the 2 days of the program, the schedule is the same : 2 sessions in the morning, 2 sessions in the afternoon, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including breaks and time for lunch. Each session lasts about 1h15.
You can either bring your own lunch or eat at a restaurant nearby for the lunch time. We will have coffee, tea and snacks for the breaks. Spots are limited, so book early to guarantee yours. We will take approximatively 1 hour for lunch time.
NOTE: WE HAVE VERY LIMITED SPOTS. PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT (after November 15th) AS SPOTS ARE LIMITED AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILL YOUR SPOT ON A LAST MINUTE NOTICE.
