Dearly Departed: An Energy & Sound Healing Experience with Annie Chang

Samhain is a portal that opens on October 31, a time when the veils between the worlds are at their thinnest. During this time one's connection to the ancestor's spirits is most potent and it’s also a powerful time heal our deepest shadows and fears before we transition into winter.

Join Annie Chang (Healer and Intuitive) and Kyle Lam (Master Sound Practitioner) for Dearly Departed, a sound and energy healing experience

where we will harness the energy of this time by connecting with our ancestors and our inherited ancestral wisdom to bring healing to ourselves and to those who came before us.

What to expect:

Through sound Kyle will bathe you in sacred sounds from multiple instruments to help silence the mind, melting away boundaries between being awake and being asleep. The rhythmic sound oscillations facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system.

Annie will help us prepare for our evening through a guided meditation opening up a sacred portal for us to connect with our loved ones, while you settle into a cosy space to receive her hands on energy healing- Integrated Energy Therapy (aka IET) helping you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels (mind-body-spirit)

We invite you to bring pictures of your ancestors, flowers, food and other items to our intentionally curated altar as a way to honor their influence, and presence, thanking them for the gifts they’ve passed on to the living and remembering the life they created in each of us.
