Celebrating its 99th year, the annual City of Dearborn Memorial Day Parade will take place on May 26, 2025, along Michigan Ave. in East Dearborn.
Hosted by the City of Dearborn, this year’s parade will pay special tribute to military and law enforcement K-9 officers.
As one of the largest Memorial Day parades in the U.S. and the oldest in the state of Michigan, the event features over 80 regional officials, marching bands, and community groups.
News analyst Lloyd Jackson from 760 WJR AM Radio will emcee the parade.
The parade will begin at approximately 9:30 a.m. with a military funeral procession. The Grand Marshals and parade groups will follow. A Remembrance Ceremony will occur at noon at the Veterans Memorial Park in front of the Henry Ford Centennial Library, 16301 Michigan Ave.
The public is welcome to attend.
The 2025 parade route take place on Michigan Ave, beginning at Schaefer Rd and move westward, ending at the Veterans Memorial Park.
