About this Event
Join us for a special evening at the Dear Portland immersive exhibition, created especially for Portland’s faith communities. This gathering invites people of faith to engage deeply with the human stories behind our city’s housing crisis and reflect on our shared moral call to compassion, justice, and belonging.
Dear Portland transforms statistics into lived experience through storytelling, art, and interactive installations. This curated night offers space for faith leaders, congregants, and service-minded community members to explore how housing instability affects individuals and families—and how faith communities can play a meaningful role in responding with empathy and action.
Why Attend:
- Experience powerful stories that illuminate the human impact of housing insecurity.
- Reflect on the spiritual and moral dimensions of housing and homelessness.
- Connect with other faith leaders and congregations committed to serving their neighbors.
- Explore how faith communities can help foster dignity, stability, and hope across Portland.
This evening is an opportunity to come together in shared purpose—grounded in values of love, service, and community—to imagine what it means to ensure every person has a place to call home.
Dear Portland is a letter to our city, inviting us to see one another more clearly and act more compassionately.
