The Del Mar Quartet, a chamber ensemble of accomplished amateur musicians, will present two works by Beethoven in the Great Hall on Saturday October 4 at 4 pm. Dean Penny will be joined by three friends to perform Beethoven’s String Quartet opus 59 number 2, and the concert will open with Beethoven’s short “Duet with Obligato Eyeglasses” for viola and cello. All are welcome. Donations to Friends of Cathedral Music will be gratefully received.
