Dealing with Behaviour - Apathy to Aggression

This one day course looks at how to work effectively with all types of behaviours.

Every programme of young people is different because the individuals and the group dynamics change. Our training course provides you will knowledge, tools and techniques to be able to manage all the different behaviours presented and get the best out of your programme and the young people.

How to notice conflict and deal with it effectively without it escalating

How to motivate the group

What can you control? How can you control it?
