Dealers Choice was born in the forests and fields of Chilliwack, a small community in BC’s Fraser Valley somewhere between Vancouver and the mountains. In the most unlikely of places, the hands of fate would bring six misfits together to form an unlikely partnership that would be the bedrock for a Rock and Roll band of staggering potency.

A group of musical mauraders who stive to create the most authentic Rock and Roll on the planet by harnessing the power of every great band of the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

Whether it's the showmanship of Van Halen, the storytelling of Bad Company or the vintage rock tones of The Guess Who, the band has soaked it all in.

But there are so many other groups that Dealers Choice has studied under such as Queen, Elton John, Meat Loaf, Grand Funk Railroad, The Band, and so many more!

They do not worship only one musical messiah, and the result is undeniably telling..

For Dealers Choice it has always been about the songs, each one giving you the distinct feeling that you’ve surely heard it before, covered by countless bands in the dark and dingy dive bars of some dead-end street.

But you haven't. Because this is something new and so astoundingly authentic that you cannot help but open your heart and listen.

And the sound you hear will surely make you a believer.

BAD MAGIC

Vancouver based Modern Alt Rock/Dark R&B artist Bad Magic is an explosive combination of deep grooves, thoughtful lyrical content and headbanger approved riffs. Lead singer Eric Novak has been described as "if Prince could scream, wrote songs for Arctic Monkeys and grew up going to punk shows". With a ferocious appetite for connection and living in the moment at their live shows, the band implores the audience to feel your way through the darkness and get you dancing with your shadow. New 3-song collection "Can't Sleep" is out now!

KANDY ROAR

Kandy Roar is an amalgamation of inspirations gathered from old school rock and roll, the early stages of blues, and their affinity for the strange. They are an advocate for mental health care, drawing on their own experiences for lyrical wisdom. Fusing early 70s glam rock and blues from the Great Depression era, their sound is both unique and nostalgic, with added oddities straight from their subconscious. Their performances are theatrical and energetic, embodying the likes of Evil Presley and Janis Joplin.

Kandy looks for a way to take music that inspires them, from artists such as blues master Robert Johnson, to T. Rex glam rocker Marc Bolan, and internalize it to create a hybrid of new music that has a familiarity of songs made over 60 decades ago.

Kandy Roar has just released their FACTOR Funded debut EP, ‘Demon Blues’, Ft. award winning guitarist Alex Flock, now streaming everywhere. It focuses heavily on their personal struggles with mental health, as well as exploring the idea of a higher power, and the malevolent forces in contrast. With straightforward influence in blues, a need for glam rock and an unhealthy obsession with cults - their music sets them apart from the norm.
