Bring an address, and we'll analyze it live. We’ll break down the numbers to determine if the property is worth flipping, adding an ADU, or holding for cash flow. We’ll also brainstorm crowdsourced strategies you could use.

All real estate agents in San Diego are welcome. This is a great place to learn how to get into the world of flipping properties. Learn how to evaluate fix-and-flip properties by focusing on key topics like property selection, estimating renovation costs, and understanding property values. You’ll sharpen your skills through hands-on exercises and real-life examples. We’ll cover the valuation techniques that professionals use, including how to calculate the after-repair value using MLS and other tools. This knowledge will help you to make informed investment decisions and maximize your potential profits.

Seen a distressed property and thought, "That would be a good flip"? Bring in those addresses for live analysis as we break down the numbers and see if it has potential. All properties shared are confidential, and you can trust that everyone in the room respects your privacy and investment opportunities. Wholesalers are welcome.

We'll also have an architect on hand to help determine what can be built on the lot, perfect for investors considering adding an ADU or multiple ADUs to boost value and cash flow.

To keep this event hands-on and collaborative, we’re asking each attendee to bring an address of a property in San Diego that you think might have flip potential. If you're coming just to observe and learn—no problem! The cost is $10 at the door. Food and beverage provided.
