This is the fourth and last session in our 2026 series exploring the affordable housing development process. Designed as both a standalone yet complementary session to Deal Making 101, 201, and 301, prior attendance at a Deal Making session is not necessary to attend.

The session will feature Katlynn Kretz, Shanise Faust, and Jeremy Bergwerff of Cinnaire, who will provide an overview of key considerations and strategies tax credit investors undertake when offering and negotiating a LOI.
