About this Event

Presented by the MNWAHN Education Committee, we invite you to join us for Deal Making 301: Negotiating a Tax Credit Investor LOI - the third session in a four-part series exploring the affordable housing development process. Designed as both a standalone yet complementary session to Deal Making 101 and 201, prior attendance at a Deal Making session is not necessary to attend.

The session will feature Erin Mathern of Winthrop & Weinstine, named a 2024 Top Women in Law by Minnesota Lawyer, who will provide an overview of key considerations and strategies when negotiating a tax credit LOI.

Whether you are new to development or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will provide valuable insights to help tee up your project for success.
