Welcome to the second session of the four-part Deal Making series!

Minnesota WAHN's Education Committee presents Deal Making 201: The Pro Forma, the second session in a four-part series exploring the affordable housing development process. Join us in person at Schafer Richardson on April 16, 2026 for networking and an insightful overview and discussion moderated by Katie Anthony, Vice President of Development at Schafer Richardson. Networking and morning treats begin at 8:30am, with the presentation and discussion following between 8:45 - 10:30am. See you there!

A follow-up virtual session, Deal Making 201: The Pro Forma - Online Practical Exercise, will be held on April 23, 2026 to offer participants practical experience with a model pro forma. Registrants will need to register for both sessions separately. Neither session is a requirement for attendance at the other.
