Come explore your awareness, thoughts and perceptions associated with working with DeafBlind people. After completing the session, participants will have a basic understanding of the diversity within the DeafBlind community; a clear understanding of SSP/interpreter/CoNavigator roles, responsibilities, and expectations; be able to incorporate human guiding and co-navigation techniques; and be able to provide visual information and know-how to access national and state resources.
