Deadly Fit Mums is a FREE MOVEMENT PROGRAM designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women who are pregnant and mums with little ones. Activities are tailored for women’s bodies, abilities, and goals, to support them to stay connected and keep moving.
The program offers a supportive and friendly group environment for mums to come together and share yarns about their pregnancy journey, as well as tips to stay strong and healthy.
