Rhianon has absolutely dominated the World of Deadlifts, not only holding the LW World Record for nearly 5 years but has single handedly put nearly 100kg on the Record since she first broke it. Rhianon was the first British Woman to have hit 600lb (272kg) which still stands as 3 of the 4 Deadlift Bar World Records (U64, U73 and U82) and has broken the Heavyweight Silver Dollar Record with an astonishing 364kg.
The four hour Clinic will consist of a Theoretical Section, this will cover:
✅The evolution of the Deadlift Form, how and why, and the where it came from.
✅Understanding Biomechanics and how to Diagnose and Correct Weakness.
✅Exploring Programming and Correctly Maximising Peaking the Deadlift.
✅Rest and Recovering. How when and why.
Followed by a Practical Hands on Section where you will have the chance to Deadlift with Rhianon and have your own personal lifts corrected and enhanced. Aswell as discussion about your future Training and how it can be maximised.
Lastly there will be a Q&A Section.
Besides her incredible Athletic Career, Rhianon has worked with an impressive list of Athletes improving their Deadlifts. Her Clients have ranged from Beginners, like Kaos Athlete Adam Hadfeild, who went from 180kg-300kg in less than 12 months, or Cat Anderson, who Deadlifted double what she pulled (80kg - 160kg) in 12 months. To Elite Athletes, like Annabelle Chapman, with an 80kg improvement to an impressive 260kg.
