Dealands comes to mind for several reasons- +Neutral territory +Dark atmoshere +Somewhat in the centre of the map +Close proximity to Black City proshetic shops and Scraphouse +Roaming security spiders are good at training newbs and amputating limbs +Very rare mob patrols -No wind, no fertility, no water. Requires high tech and imported water/fuel.
