Mount Airy Police Department is participating in the DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back program! On April 27, 2024 from 10AM to 2PM at our local Walmart. Officers from Mount Airy Police Department will be set up at the upper Walmart parking lot located beside the Circle K. It is a convenient drive-thru set-up so you do not have to exit your vehicle. We accept all unused and outdated medications. We do not accept any liquids or needles.
