About this Event
Drug overdoses are killing Americans at an unprecedented rate, with an estimated 110,000 lives lost in 2022.
There is more we can o together to make our communities safer and healthier. Therefore you are invited to join us at our regional family summit.
You are invited to share your personal stories of loss and your journey toward healing in a safe forum either in person or via video testimonial. The morning session will consist of speakers from the law enforcement and justice community to provide updates on current drug trends and efforts to combat drug trafficking locally, nationally and internationally.
During the afternoon breakout sessions, attendees will be able to choose form a variety of offerings designed to provide you with tools and best practices to take back and use in your community.
The day will conclude with a town-hall style meeting to discuss best practices, brainstorm solutions and idea, network, and share.
As part of the event, tribute tables will be set up for families to honor their lost loved one and pay tribute to their life. Please email Public Information Officer Brian McNeal directly at [email protected] by March 16 in order to reserve a table in advance.
