Men are not meant to live disconnected from their emotional world.
The journey from head to heart is one of the most important shifts a man can make, and it deepens in the presence of other men willing to walk that path just as honestly.
Most of us have experienced relationships where our disconnection from our emotional world, our bodies, and our presence has been mirrored back to us again and again. If you’re tired of this, there is only one direction that creates lasting change: deeper inner work.
This immersion is designed for brothers who are ready to do the inner work. It is for those who are tired of living in repetitive patterns, emotional resistance, and disconnection, both in their bodies and in their relationships.

What Is De-armouring?
De-armouring is a somatic approach that supports nervous system repatterning and the release of deeply held protective and emotional patterns. This is done through deep listening and cultivating greater sensitivity.
The weekend is an invitation to restore greater coherence in the system and to develop a deeper capacity to stay present with sensation, emotion, and intensity.

Over the course of these two days, you will:
• Explore areas of your life where you can show up more
• Learn how to integrate new ways of relating to yourself and to those close to you
• Experience the foundations of de-armouring as a somatic and nervous system–based process
• Develop a deeper capacity to listen, calming internal noise and gaining more clarity
• Explore how early adaptations formed in childhood continue to shape relationships, stress responses, and intimacy
• Strengthen your ability to stay present with sensation, emotion, and intensity, one of the most missing capacities for many men
• Cultivate a more grounded and regulated relationship with your body and inner experience

Men often leave with a deeper trust in themselves, a steadier relationship with their body, their emotions, and the way they meet life. This leaves more capacity to stay present in moments that once felt overwhelming.
