DC ThrowDown : Fight for the Fittest

It is our goal to offer an event that is both fun and challenging for the fitness community of Douglas County. This is NOT specific to just those attending a CrossFit box. The event will combine functional, gymnastic and traditional lifting movements but will be familiar to all no matter where you work out. This will be an opportunity to put all those hours in the gym to the test.
