DC Organizing Festival

Join Rising Organizers for our Second Annual DC Community Organizing Festival.

Whether you're already organizing in your neighborhood, looking for your next volunteer opportunity, or wondering how to get involved, this Festival is your opportunity to connect with the people doing the work. We’re bringing together DC’s grassroots ecosystem for a day of community, organizing, and collective action. Meet organizations working on housing, labor, democracy, education, immigrant rights, climate justice, and more—all in one place.

You'll also have the chance to participate in practical organizing workshops led by experienced organizers, where you'll learn real strategies, campaign lessons, and skills you can take back to your own community.

Enjoy free food, live music and fun activities while spending the day in community with your neighbors who, like you, believe our communities deserve better. We will have a dedicated childcare area.

The Festival is free and open to everyone, register and bring a friend! We can't wait to organize with you.
