DC Open Doors Homebuyer Info Session with MiMutual Mortgage

The District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency's Single Family Programs division creates homeownership opportunities in the District by providing low-cost single family mortgages and down payment assistance, made possible through the issuance of mortgage-backed securities. The Agency offers a variety of programs for current and potential homeowners with the goal of expanding and retaining homeownership opportunities in the District.

Join DCHFA for a free homebuyers seminar! Kathy Hessberger, MiMutual Mortgage and Karen Gaddy Willis, Keller Williams will join DCHFA Business Development Manager Bill Milko to walk you through the homebuying process from credit repair to pre-approval to closing day! At this event you'll learn about a variety of financial assistance programs that can get you over the hurdles of homeownership and into the D.C. home of your dreams. Additionally, we will be offering catered food and beverages to everyone who joins us at the event.
