We are excited to return to in-person peer support group meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month! DBSA is open to everyone who identifies as having a mood disorder; as long as the core values of the group are observed: confidentiality and respect for other members.
In these meetings, we split into groups to provide everyone with the chance to speak. People generally talk about how they are feeling, any challenges they are facing, or some positive experiences and hopes they have. Other attendees are encouraged to provide feedback and personal insights.
You are not required to speak. If you would prefer to listen and observe, you are welcome to do so.
Please note, attendees must arrive by 6:45pm at the latest. The doors will be locked after this time. If you are not able to arrive on time for the meeting, you will not be permitted to enter.
