It’s the 2nd race in the Florida Summer Slam Ultra Fat Ass series. Join us again to run around the waterfront of downtown St. Pete for 6 hours on a 3ish mile loop.
The race starts at 6:30AM and ends at 12:30pm. This race is limited in capacity so if you register on UltraSignup and can't make it, please remove your registration to allow space for another runner. Last year we had 20 people no show.
This is a true Fat Ass race. You will need to provide all of your own supplies. All that will be provided is some cheering from the RDs and other runners. If you want credit towards the summer slam mileage or to be in UltraSignup you will need to self record your distance at the start/finish tent on the clipboards.
There is a bathroom, but it’s typically not unlocked until 7am. Please anything you need for the day, tents, chairs, coolers etc. Just please remember this is a city park and alcohol is not allowed. There is a parking lot right beside the hub. The course is on public sidewalks and on a Saturday downtown will be busy, please be courteous to other pedestrians, cyclists, etc.
