Marshall is among Central Missouri’s most vibrant and dynamic communities. Home to large employers including ConAgra and Cargill, they support substantial employment and promote the economic engine of Saline County. Marshall Municipal Utilities (MMU) provides water, wastewater, electric, and internet services to the local community including these key employers. Burns & McDonnell has been supporting MMU as a planner, designer, and constructor since 2020. Over that period of time we have deployed design bid build and design build project delivery to implement critical capital projects including wastewater treatment plant improvements and potable water booster pump station improvements. Our team will share how we aligned our delivery model with the specific project need to position the Owner for success.
