The Power to Heal is a sacred half-day retreat designed to guide you back to your inner wisdom and natural capacity to heal. Through a carefully curated journey of guided meditation, ceremonial cacao, and a deeply restorative sound bath, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your heart, release what no longer serves, and activate your body's innate intelligence.

This experience offers a gentle yet powerful container to slow down, feel, and restore. The cacao ceremony will open the heart and deepen your presence, while the sound bath will support emotional clearing, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, inner peace, emotional release, or simply a moment to breathe and return to yourself — this retreat is an invitation to remember that the power to heal has always lived within you.

Ceremonial Cacao CircleDrop into heart connection with this ancient plant medicine. A guided space to foster love, compassion, and self-acceptance, facilitating a deeper connection to your own spirit. The medicine in cacao helps to release stagnant or blocked emotions, encouraging emotional release and clarity. Cacao is not a psychedelic.

Heart Coherence PracticeLearn to harmonize your breath, mind, and spirit through heart centered meditation techniches that bring balance.

Sound Bath JourneyLie back and receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred sound. A space for nervous system reset, energetic release and healing.

• Comfortable Clothing: Dress in layers and bring clothes that allow you to move freely for yoga and relaxation.
• Yoga Mat and Blanket: If you have one, please bring your own yoga mat for your comfort.
• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated, especially during the yoga and breathwork sessions.
• Open Heart & Mind: Come ready to experience and embrace a day of relaxation, healing and connection.

Please Note:Cacao is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking MAOIs (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors), or those with complex heart conditions or other serious medical conditions. We encourage you to consult with your physician before consuming cacao to ensure it is safe for you.
