This Day Retreat is an opportunity to begin letting go of the burdens we carry from the past. Although we think that our past may have shaped us, it does not define who we truly are. Each of us has the inner capacity and potential to change and move forward.
Through guided meditations and practical teachings, we’ll learn how to accept our experiences without being held back by them, and how to move forward with a lighter heart and clearer mind. By letting go of old patterns and regrets, we open the door to a more joyful, meaningful life, one that we create moment by moment.
