Day Retreat - I'm Tired Sis! Reclaiming Rest As Our Birthright

I’m Tired Sis: Reclaiming Rest As Our Birthright is a day retreat created with Black women leaders who are trying to make a difference. It is a space to pause, exhale, and remember that rest is not a luxury, but a birthright. Held in honor of Harriet Tubman and the National Day of Rest for Black Women, this gathering is about intentionally reclaiming time for ourselves, away from the demands of constantly showing up for others.

Set in a serene loft in Pilsen on Saturday, March 8th, from 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM, this experience is curated for deep rest and renewal. Expect a nourishing meal, moments of stillness, grounding conversations, and gentle practices that allow you to let go. This is not just an event, it is a space to just be, surrounded by like-minded sisters who are also ready to choose themselves.

Spots are intentionally limited to 20 attendees. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, restored, and deeply seen.
