The days run roughly as follows:
10am - Intro and meditation and gentle flow yoga
11:30am - workshop on specific theme. 8th Feb is on Intuition - How to know it, cultivate it and use it as your super power!
12:30pm - Lunch as you please. Some people bring their own or go out locally.
1:30pm - workshop continued.
2:30 - 4pm - Yin yoga and yoga nidra.
