Spend a day on the shores of Lake Michigan immersed in the tranquility of nature. Thorne Swift is a favorite nature preserve in the tunnel of trees know as M-119. This historic scenic drive will inspire you to slow down. The retreat schedule is designed to soothe and calm your nervous system, allow for quiet time in nature and self-reflection. Connect to yourself, fill your cup and press the reset button.

1:00 - Opening Circle - Gentle Yoga - Breathwork
2:00 - Sound Bath - Snacks - Journaling
3:30 - Walking Meditation - Forest Bath
4:00 - Nature Based Art Therapy
5:30 - Closing Circle - Optional Evening Swim
