Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with Mental Health Connecticut's (MHC) Day of Wellness!
Event Schedule:
9am-1pm (all day): Visit our vendor tables for free health screenings, giveaways, wellness products, and more!
9am - 10am: Kick off your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session led by experienced Yoga In Our City instructors. This yoga session will help you stretch, strengthen, and center yourself for the day ahead.
10am - 11am: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing brought to you by Kelvin Young. Allow the harmonious sounds to wash over you, promoting relaxation and inner peace.
11am - 1pm: Stop by at any time to paint a flowerpot and participate in a planting activity led by Mental Health Connecticut's Art of Wellbeing instructors.
This event is brought to you as part of Mental Health Connecticut's Let's Face It campaign, which aims to destigmatize conversations around mental health, encourage open dialogue within the community, and increase awareness and access to resources.
