A program of SeaFam International, including a special flag ceremony, free mental health awareness, free training on entrepreneurship, free demonstration of how to make solar lights, free training with allowance enrolment on ships catering NCI (Messman) and ships catering NCIII (Ships Cooks), free haircut and massage, assistance for the COP, COC, SID, and Seaman's Book (MARINA), and free books from Pastor Martin Otto. The event is dedicated to our heroic seafarers and will be held at Rizal Park Luneta and Southern Institute of Maritime Studies, Inc. (1424 Grand Place Bldg. corner Sta. Monica Ermita, Manila).
