Make time to celebrate and honor the Feminine Mother in every woman. Join CWR Founder, Yoga Teacher and Master Massage Therapist, Dawn Eick, in Sage House Yurt for this special full day retreat, exclusively designed to restore balance, reset stressed nerves and manifest more joy in your life!The day will begin with a Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony and light mid-morning breakfast, followed by discussions with Ayurvedic Dosha insights and personal oil blending. During midday, a gentle Ayurveda vegan lunch will be served. The group will collaborate to design and build a crystal & botanical mandala in the energy center. Open talks on womanhood and connecting to our ancient wisdom passed from the women before us and the Divine Mother that resides in all women, will be followed by a 'female-body' focused yoga, Pranayama breathwork and Soundbath. The day will end with a closing Fire Ritual (weather permitting).
This retreat is appropriate for goddesses in any stage of life; be you maiden, mother or crone. Limited Space.
