Day of the Dead Breathwork Journey - with JolyenJoin us for a special breathwork experience to honor our ancestors and connect with the deeper cycles of life and death. In this sacred session, we’ll use the power of breath to release what no longer serves us, open our hearts, and receive guidance from those who came before us.
Guided by music, intention, and ritual, you’ll be supported in:
Honoring loved ones who have passed.
Releasing grief, heaviness, and old patterns.
Opening to gratitude, love, and connection.
Remembering the joy and beauty of life.
We will gather around a simple altar of remembrance, breathe together in community, and close with reflection and integration. This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and step into life with renewed clarity and gratitude.
Please feel welcome to bring any item to add to the altar for the evening.
Through the breath, we remember. Through the breath, we honor. Through the breath, we live.
♡Participants will need a yoga mat (I do have some extras as well), comfy blanket, a pillow for behind the knees, and water.
(There will be accommodations for those who can not lie on the floor.)
♡I will bring a lip balm for each person (breathing tends to dry our lips out).
♡I will bring headphones for everyone.
