Day of Play Fall Equinox

The Fall (Autumnal) Equinox is coming and what better way to welcome in this season than at A Day of Play?! On the Fall Equinox, the amount of light and dark are equal, and we begin our sojourn into the underworld or subconscious. It's a wonderful time to take stock, see what bloomed and what didn't, and celebrate the harvest. The Fall Equinox represents reflection, inward connection, and slowing down.

A Day of Play Fall Equinox edition is about celebrating and honoring the energy of this time while creating a space and container for women to breathe, be, heal, and feel. This experience is the retreat you don't need to retreat from - you'll leave energized, more connected to your creativity, inspired, rejuvenated, and ALIVE! With intentional playshop sessions that will activate and awaken your energy and bring healing through play, A Day of Play will provide the mental break you need so that you can tune in to what brings your heart and life JOY, peace, and connection!

Enjoy a whole-mind integrative trance experience that will help you manifest your heart’s desired harvest with ease.

You are the Bounty: Celebrating your Harvest & Mastering Your Prana (Life Force), DIahnna Nicole Baxter – Embody your innate power to create, sustain and amplify your unique gifts. In this Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice, we will explore what it feels like in the body to receive, so that we master our ability to alchemize the many challenges that come our way into gold. Circle of Awareness: A Tea Meditation with Live While Living by Aviana – Explore how to heal yourself with herbs by deeply engaging in a moment of mind, body and spirit awareness with herbalist Aviana Brown. Tap into the healing and spiritual properties of the herbs used in the selected tea blend and observe the blends effect, naturally and through your intention. Surrender to stillness and allow for quiet time while enjoying a cup of healing organic herbal tea. Observe and reflect on how your mind and body feels before, during, and after this beautiful ceremony.

Embodying Love in Shadow Season, Jackie VanCampen – Receive messages that will support and empower you as we enter shadow season. Jackie, a direct channel and energy healer, will channel messages from her guides and lead us into meditation to help us embody the divine frequencies of Love and healing.
