Day of Mindful Expression
We’ll slow down, return to the body, and explore awareness through meditation, gentle somatic practice, walking in nature, and shared creative expression. This is not about doing anything “well,” but about meeting your direct experience with presence.

• Sitting meditation + opening circle
• Guided somatic practice
• Walking meditation in nature
• Collaborative drawing + dharma sharing
• Rest + quiet reflection

10:00am–1:00pm: Formal practice
After 1:00pm: Optional mindful potluck + connection
Vegetarian lunch provided (feel free to bring a dish)
We have a bunch of art supplies, but feel free to bring some of your favorite ones!
