Join us for Day of Dance at the Westside Theatre to kick off Missoula on Main! This event features four energizing classes throughout the afternoon: Mat Pilates, SHINE Fitness, Heels, and Oula, each led by talented local instructors. Each class is 50 minutes with time in between to rest, socialize and ready for the next class. Come for one class, a few, or enjoy the full lineup. Move, sweat, and lift your spirits as you head into the night with joy and great energy!
These classes are free with a $10 suggested donation.
Westside Theater has street parking is available near by. Pay attention to signs and don’t park in front of residences.
Mat Pilates with Joy French: 12pm-12:50pm
SHINE Fitness with Carla Aldegarie: 1pm-1:50pm
Heels Class with Alissa Tucker: 2pm-2:50pm
Oula Dance Class with Paisley Thornton: 3pm-3:50pm
