Through gentle sensate focus activities (non-sexual, intentional touch), music that evokes shared memories and nostalgia, and guided Imago dialogue, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with the parts of your relationship that often get lost in the busyness of life.
This experience is about presence, appreciation, and emotional closeness—without pressure, performance, or fixing.
This is not your typical date night or workshop.
It’s a thoughtfully facilitated experience for couples who want to be intentional about how they show up for one another.
