Dawit is one of Ethiopia's hottest artists whose unique style fuses Ethiopian contemporary music with a variety of world beats to create an intoxicating sound. Dawit has performed with the renowned Roha Band, Ethio Stars Band, Abyssinia, Walia Band, Sevan and most recently with the Express Band; and has toured around the world.
It was Dawit's debut album "Alchalkum" which made him a favorite among Ethiopian youth. Since then, he has released a number of albums including "Anchin new" and "Andiken", which have earned his place among Ethiopia's greatest performers.
